Order
Yes, shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Order cut-off time: 11:00 p.m. (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 4–6 business days
- Total delivery time: 5–8 business days from order confirmation

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@belvoirne.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Products must be:
- unworn, unused,
- with tags and in original packaging,
- together with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the returns process, please contact us by email: support@belvoirne.com. Products returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
Our returns are handled by an international logistics centre:

We are working on launching a UK-based returns address to simplify this process. Until then, we guarantee a fast and transparent service with full support in the United Kingdom.
No, we do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return your package.
For hygiene or personalisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- perishable products (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
- personalised or made-to-order products,
- hygiene products and cosmetics,
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
If you have any doubts about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Once your order has been confirmed, it enters processing quickly and cannot usually be cancelled. Please review your basket carefully before paying. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@belvoirne.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be in new and unused condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll let you know by email if it's approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
