Order Processing Time

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Every order for in-stock products placed before 11:00 PM (UK time) will be processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within 5–8 business days = 1–2 business days processing + 4–6 business days shipping.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
